These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Republic of Tanzania to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
